I found this recipe on a friend's blog. It was a perfect simple weeknight meal!

I recommend following her blog. She puts some great healthy recipes up!

I made her Chicken & Basil Calazones. I changed a couple things to fit what I had on hand. Isn't that okay for a Diva to do? I used ground turkey & ground sausage....oops! There went the being healthy. :o) I also added some Italian dry seasoning to the meat as I was browning it. That's it.....the rest was the same.

DH gobbled it up and asked me if I was going to finish mine......So I'd say dinner was a success! Thanks, Holly!
