Egg Breakfast Muffin Cups
Wanted to update you on this new recipe.....It was a huge hit! I could so see changing them up a bit to have a Mexican flare and top with salsa. Made some extra & popped in the freezer so my honey can grab one in the early morning when he welcomes the sunrise...I mean heads off to work. Served them with fresh fruit & toast with my homemade jam.
